🌿Support That Meets Your Family Where You Are

At Holistic Solutions, we understand that young children experience the world through their relationships. When a child struggles, the whole family may feel the impact. And when a parent or caregiver is struggling, young children can feel those changes too.

That's why our services don't focus on a child or parent in isolation.

We look at the whole family, the relationships that surround the child, the family's strengths, and the experiences that may be affecting their well-being.

Whether you know exactly what kind of support you need or simply know that something doesn't feel right, you can start with us.

Pregnancy and the transition to parenthood can bring joy, anticipation, uncertainty, and significant emotional change.

Some parents experience anxiety, sadness, grief, traumatic memories, relationship changes, or difficulty adjusting to pregnancy or life after birth.

You deserve a place where your emotional well-being matters too.

    We may help with:

    • Emotional wellness during pregnancy

    • Pregnancy-related anxiety and stress

    • Postpartum adjustment

    • Depression and anxiety during the perinatal period

    • Difficult or traumatic birth experiences

    • Pregnancy or infant loss and grief

    • Previous trauma resurfacing during pregnancy or parenthood

    • Concerns about bonding or attachment

    • Changes in identity and relationships

    • Preparing emotionally for parenthood

    Our Approach

We provide a compassionate space where you can talk openly about what you're experiencing without judgment. Together, we work toward healing, emotional wellness, confidence, and a stronger foundation for your developing relationship with your baby.

🌿Infant & Early Childhood Mental Health

Little people can have big feelings, too.

Infant and Early Childhood Mental Health focuses on the developing emotional and relational well-being of children from birth through age five.

Young children may not be able to explain what they are experiencing with words.

    Instead, they communicate through:

    Behavior.

    Play.

    Sleep.

    Feeding.

    Crying.

    Relationships.

    Emotions.

    Changes in development.

Our job is to understand what those behaviors may be communicating.

Families may seek support when a child is experiencing:

    • Frequent or intense tantrums

    • Aggression, hitting, or biting

    • Difficulty separating from caregivers

    • Excessive fearfulness or anxiety

    • Difficulty soothing

    • Changes in sleep or routines

    • Withdrawal

    • Difficulty connecting with caregivers

    • Challenges interacting with other children

    • Behavioral concerns at childcare or preschool

    • Trauma, grief, loss, or major family changes

    • Foster care or placement transitions

    • Other social-emotional or relational concerns

    Our Approach

    Rather than asking only:

“How do we stop this behavior?”

    We also ask:

“What is this child trying to communicate?”

We help caregivers understand children's emotional and developmental needs while strengthening the relationships that help young children feel safe, connected, and able to grow.
